Our Review

7-inch backlit display

It’s not hard to see why the Elite-7 is a popular choice with consumers, it is one of the few models that comes with everything you need to find the best place to fish. One of the first aspects that you’ll notice is the 7-inch widescreen diagonal display that manages to display three screens at once without losing or overcrowding the data. The bright colors are easy to read in low or bright lighting, and you will also appreciate the high-resolution images.

Navionics cartography and a built-in GPS system

Once you are out on the water you can take advantage of the GPS technology and preloaded Navionics cartography. The internal antenna uses 16 channels to ensure accurate global positioning and navigation. The SD card slot is waterproof, and compatible with Gold chart cards so you have access to maps of lakes and rivers, along with the ability to mark way spots and plot trails. With the built in memory you can even save your data so you can find your way back the next time you are on the water.

It will help reduce the amount of clutter in the sonar images so you can easily concentrate on the data that matters.
