The first step is to take a sharp knife and skin the fish fillet carefully enough not to cut yourself. Then, chop them into small cubes. You can now cook the pasta using a large pot with the amount of salted water that the pasta manufacturer specifies on the box.
While the pasta cooks, you can prepare the sauce. Smash the garlic using the flat side of a knife and peel to remove the green center and then chop it carefully. Heat some oil in a pan first; then add the garlic and some chopped chili pepper. Cook for around 30 seconds, so that the garlic does not brown.
You can now add the chopped fish, and stir with a wooden spoon while you season the fish with a pinch of salt. You should add the diced tomatoes when the fish has browned evenly on all sides. Stir it and let it cook for a couple of minutes, the time during which you can adjust the salt if you feel necessary.
Once the pasta is done cooking, it is time to drain it and add the contents of the pot right into the pan with the tomato sauce. Shake the pan over high heat for around a minute while you toss the pasta with the sauce. The dish should now be ready for you to serve it. Pasta with White Fish, Tomatoes, and Zucchini

The dish might seem a bit sophisticated when looking at it on the plate, but trust us when we say that you will have no problems cooking it all by yourself.
Before we go step by step, we will take a look at the ingredients to ensure that you have everything you need at the ready. For the vegetables, you will need 2 zucchini (sliced into 1/2–inch round pieces), 8 ounces of cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley for garnish.
You will also need 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, 12 ounces of white fish (swordfish, mahi-mahi or halibut), ½ cup of white wine or vegetable broth, salt to your taste, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and 12 ounces of whole grain pasta such as spaghetti, penne, or linguine.
First, you should boil the pasta by following the steps present on the box. Meanwhile, get a large saucepan and put it over a medium-low heat and add 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil to sauté the garlic for 1 minute. You can now add the zucchini in the saucepan and leave it until they are toasted.
Once cooked, you can transfer the zucchini to another plate and leave it aside. In the same saucepan, you need to add the remaining tablespoon of oil and sear the fish until it is cooked through. You should leave it for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
In the saucepan with the fish, add the tomatoes and toss them for about five minutes. When the tomatoes are done, add the zucchini back and pour in the white wine and wait for the sauce to thicken slightly. Season with some salt and pepper.
When the pasta is cooked, you can add it to the saucepan with the fish and mix well for one minute. Sprinkle the pasta with parsley and drizzle with a little extra-virgin olive oil. Using the amounts listed above you should get around 6 servings.
Creamy pasta with salmon

For 4 servings you will need around 12 ounces of pasta, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 2 sliced onions, 3 skinned and cubed fresh salmon fillets (approximately 5 ½ ounces each), 4 fluid ounces of double cream, 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, and black pepper and salt.
First, you need to cook the pasta in a pan of salted boiling water using the instruction noted on the box and drain them when finished. While the pasta is cooking, take a frying pan to heat the oil and add the garlic and red onion in the pan. Fry for about 3 to 4 minutes until the onion slices have softened.
You can then add the salmon cubes and the double cream to the garlic and onion. Continue to cook over a gentle heat until the salmon has cooked through (this should not take more than 5 minutes).
